so i will give you one amazing trick ..so that you can visit that website and download ....

1st go to browser .....

2nd type "google uk"

3rd type "zend2.com"

click on 1st link  "zend2.com"

and after open website you can see search box with "surf button"

now type blocked website URL and click on surf button ...

now see Magic....blocked site will opened....

yehhhh.....☺.
